Sickness

主訴:
　S: Numbness over left ring finger and little finger, medial aspect of forearm for about 3 days.
　　No trama history.
　　Neck pain.
　O: Multiple tender points with taut bands over neck region.
　　hypoesthesia over Lt C8/T1 dermatomes.

診斷:
　Ulnar nerve compression.
　頸椎椎間盤疾患併脊髓病變
　神經痛, 神經炎及神經根炎
